Namirasoft Job Arranger allows users to effortlessly add jobs to the Job List as they browse various platforms. Each job you add to your list can be assigned one of several statuses, helping you manage your job search more effectively.
Job List Includes
When a status is assigned to a job, the Job List page on the console website displays the job with its key details, if applicable on the platform, including: job title, company name, work model (remote, hybrid, or on-site), location, minimum and maximum salary, platform, status, date.
Note: You’ll also have options to edit the status or delete jobs from your list, with flexible filtering available to help you easily find and manage specific listings.
How It Works
- Adding a Job: When you find a job that interests you or fits your skills, simply add it to your list using the Job Arranger Chrome extension.
- Statuses: A job is added to your list when you assign a status to it: whitelist, blacklist, applied, replied, interviewed, rejected, and hired.
- Changing Status: The status of a job can be changed at any time. If a job moves from Whitelist to Applied, for instance, you can update it in real-time on the job platform using the Chrome extension or in the console. Similarly, if you blacklist a job due to skill mismatch, you can mark it accordingly.
- Platform Synchronization: With the Job Arranger Chrome extension, status updates are synchronized directly with the job platforms you’re using. This allows for a seamless experience where you manage your job search without switching between tabs. If the platform doesn’t allow changes at that moment, you can always make edits via the console website.

How do I add a job to my Job List?

How do I delete jobs from my list?
You can delete jobs at any time by selecting the job in your list and choosing the “Delete” option. Once deleted, the job and its status history will be permanently removed from your account.
